Noble Care - Make a Referral / Vacancies
Noble Care Make a Refferal

Where do our residents come from?

Our service aims to help individuals develop and progress. To achieve this, we use a variety of referral procedures to make sure each of our residents is compatible, and that everyone involved - resident, family members, staff and care managers - is happy with the proposed arrangements.  Referrals come from a wide variety of channels including hospitals, placement breakdowns, residential homes, community support units and individuals looking to leave the family home for the first time.

Each person referred is an individual whose needs, abilities and personality are assessed in detail in order to ascertain their suitability for placement within one of our homes. Referrals can be made by a community psychiatric nurse, a Social Worker/Care Manager or directly by parents themselves. However, before assessment can take place the Care Manager acting on behalf of the prospective resident must be consulted.

We will do our best to make a referral as smooth and simple as possible. If a prospective resident meets our admission criteria please call us on 0800 112 3882. We are here to help!
