Welcome to Noble Care. We provide care and support for people with a learning disability or other specialist needs. Our aim is provide high quality care and support to our residents and to assist them in leading as fulfilling lives as possible. We have experience built up over time to meet the needs of people with a wide range of learning disabilities, and other complex needs including those within the autistic spectrum and those with challenging behaviours. We support people with moderate and severe learning disability, as well as those that also have additional mental health problems and impairments.
Our services for adults include a range of community based services providing high quality personalised care and support to help our residents lead valuable, fulfilling lives
Our mission is to provide the highest quality of care services to our residents and to make a positive contribution to their lives and the people that work with us.

The cuts carers are facing will bring greater costs in the long term
This week is Carers Week, a week where national charities and local groups are recognising the contribution made by the 6.4 million people in the UK who care, unpaid, for ill, frail or disabled friends or family. However, more than most, carers are facing increasingly difficult times.
