Staff Development
Given the very special needs of the residents in our care, we provide intensive individualised support on a 24 hour a day basis. As you would expect we place great emphasis on the selection of our staff, as their interaction with the people in their care is crucial to the service we provide.
Each staff member is chosen, for their understanding, recognition and respect for our residents’ needs. Our staff turnover is low, ensuring a stable environment and enduring relationships between staff and residents.
We have a strong commitment to staff development. All our staff go through a comprehensive induction followed by further training to enable them to provide a thorough and high standard of care.
We recognise that whatever position our people are in they will make a significant contribution to the quality of the care we provide. As a result, we maintain a highly competent and committed group of people. If you would like to find out more we invite you to contact any of us to explore any staff vacancies we may have.
