Noble Care - Our Guiding Principles
Our Guiding Principles

We believe that when it comes to care, a moral compass is important. To help guide us we have developed a code of ethics.

  1. Our residents’ are individuals and their needs are paramount.  There is no-one more important.  If we serve and take care of our residents well, we have done our job.

  2. Quality care and the well being of those in our care is our focus. We do all we can to provide the highest standards of care.

  3. Our reputation and success is based on the happiness, well-being and progress of the people in our care.

  4. We are dedicated to complying fully with the letter and spirit of the laws, rules and ethical principles that govern us. Our success depends upon unswerving adherence to this standard.

  5. We take great pride in serving those in our care. We have a determination to achieve excellence in the provision of that care and the functions which support it.

  6. The dedication of, our staff to our residents and our company to our staff is greater than one finds in most other organizations.  We ensure staff are treated well, given development opportunities, and are qualified and happy to provide the best possible care.

  7. Integrity and honesty are at the heart of our organisation. We expect our people to be honest, fair and transparent in their conduct and to do the right thing even when it is difficult.

  8. We strive to continuously improve the quality of our services to ensure that we promote the well-being and improve the quality of life of those in our care. We aim to be a reflection of best practices.

  9. We are responsible members of society and have a duty to do the right thing on a day to day basis.
